"My friends and I just returned from our 2 week vacation to Italy. We used your service for both layovers we had in London... on the 14th of July from Heathrow to Stansted and the 29th of July from Gatwick to the Holiday Inn-Heathrow-Ariel. Both times are driver was Keith. And I want to let you know how wonderful he was to us. On the 14th our flight from the US was many hours late and we knew we would most likely miss our connection at Stansted. Not only did Keith wait at Stansted while we booked ourselves on a flight the next day, but he also called around to local hotels to find an affordable hotel accommodation for the night... and then took us to our hotel. On the 29th our flight from Venice to Gatwick was once again hours late and Keith was very patient and waited for us to drive us to the Holiday Inn. It was very late at night... I am so happy that we used London Air Connections... we had lots of problems with the airlines and you helped us out immensely. I will definitely be using your service in the future... plus I have recommended your service to my company's London office. Thank you."
